Turvi Global provides consultancy and advisory services — including counseling, university shortlisting, application assistance, SOP guidance, and visa documentation support. Because these services involve professional time, effort, and expertise from the point of engagement, fees paid for services already rendered are generally non-refundable, as set out below.
2. Free Consultation
Initial consultations booked through our website, phone, or WhatsApp are provided free of charge. No payment is collected, and therefore no refund is applicable, at the free consultation stage.
3. Cancellation Before Service Commencement
If you cancel a paid consultancy service before any counseling session, documentation, or application work has begun, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, less any processing charges already incurred. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@tcscorp.co.in.
4. After Service Commencement
Once counseling, university shortlisting, application preparation, or documentation work has commenced, fees become non-refundable, as they reflect professional time and resources already committed on your behalf. This includes cases where:
- A university application has been submitted on your behalf;
- A visa application or supporting documentation has been prepared or filed;
- An admission, scholarship, or visa outcome is unfavorable, as outcomes are determined solely by the relevant university or government authority and are outside our control; or
- You independently decide not to proceed after guidance and documentation support have already been provided.
5. Third-Party Fees
University application fees, visa fees, examination fees (such as IELTS/PTE), and other government or institutional charges are paid directly to the relevant third party and are not collected or held by Turvi Global. Refunds for such fees, if any, are governed entirely by the third party's own refund policy and are outside the scope of this policy.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@tcscorp.co.in or call +91 77995 52477 with your name, service details, and reason for the request. Eligible refund requests are reviewed and, where approved, processed within 10–15 business days to the original mode of payment.
7. Policy Changes
Turvi Global may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
